How are work requests entered into Facility Manager WORKS?

End users will click a “Request” link on your organization’s website. This means requests can be made from any computer or mobile device with internet access. You determine whether they need to log in and what information they must include in their request. Once they have filled out the required fields, the information is submitted and administrators can view all work orders within the program or online.
